Routing options include hunt groups, call queues, IVR menus, SIP address routing, voicemail-to-email and many more, giving total flexibility and control of your numbers.
Being able to hear both sides of a conversation and understand what was said sometimes enables you to recognise issues within your own business, or issues that your customers bring forward in disputes and complaints. Pinnacle's call recording solution allows you to record all of your calls (even those made from a mobile) allowing you to relax, secure in the knowledge that you can retrieve recordings whenever you need to. Pinnacle's conference service allows you to dial in to an 0845 number and access your conference rooms using 6-digit PIN numbers. Your colleagues can then dial in on the same number and enter the PIN provided by you. The conference service can send e-mail invitations which contain full login details. This is a cost-effective conferencing solution which can be used over and over. We offer conference rooms for up to 6 participants, and premium conference rooms with no maximum number of participants.
Sipswitch is Pinnacle's own hosted IP telephony solution. The service is hosted in our data centres and calls are made across our Ethernet or Broadband services. By using specialist data connections, voice quality is assured and every handset in your company (even across multiple sites) is simply an extension on the central system. The system is managed through a single innovative web portal, saving you time and effort, leaving you to concentrate on your core operations.
If you are paying over the odds for your outbound telephone calls, then CPS (Carrier Pre-Select) may be an ideal solution to help your business make significant savings. CPS enables you route your calls over Pinnacle's network without the need for diallers or special equipment. This means that without changing your existing telephone system, or your existing telephone numbers, Pinnacle will invoice you for the calls you make on your telephone lines.
Pinnacle SIP trunks allow you to connect your existing telephone system to our core network via an IP connection (including Ethernet), allowing you to make and receive telephone calls over the public network.
