What routing options are available?
We offer flexibility when it comes to number routing. Some of the standard routing options include:

Remote Routing / Disaster Recovery
This service comes as standard when you buy our Call Management Platform. A remote routing manager allows you to change the routing plan for a specific number (or group of numbers simultaneously) without you having to log into the web portal. This service was created as a redundancy measure and is useful when you need to change routing plans but cannot access the Internet.


Online Number Purchasing
From within the web portal you can browse our extensive database of telephone numbers. Our database includes non-geographic (0808, 0800, 0845, 0844) and geographic (01, 02) numbers. Numbers can be added to your cart then purchased for immediate use. This means you do not even need to contact us. When you purchase a number it will become instantly available to you, leaving you free to assign whichever routing plan you desire. The Call Management Platform allows you to have unlimited numbers on your account, and once you buy a number it will be yours forever.


Dial-on Services
A dial-on service is one that you access via a telephone number by ringing in from either a landline, an IP phone or from a mobile. You will normally them be asked to enter a PIN number, or in some cases the service may recognise your number as an authorised user.

A perfect example of one of our dial-on services, is one which allows you to get discounted international calls from your mobile. You simply dial 0207 160 2080 and if prompted, enter your PIN number. You will then be given dial tone, at which point you can enter the telephone number you wish to dial. The call is then charged to your account at a discounted rate.


Voicemail Manager
Our voicemail system is very similar to that of any other voicemail service, and this includes voicemail-to-email. When someone reaches your voicemail box they can leave a message as normal, which is converted to MP3 format and emailed to your nominated email address(es) within seconds. The email will tell you all you need to know about who called, when they called, and of course the audio file will be attached to the email for you to play back at your leisure.

Voicemail retrieval can be carried out either from your IP phone, or through your unique 0845 access number. Additionally, your voicemail messages can be managed online through the web portal, where you can stream the messages through your browser, or download them as MP3 files.


Call Traffic Reports
Never before has it been as important to be able to monitor your business telecommunications and call activity. Our comprehensive reporting system allows you to find out almost every piece of information you could ever need. You can query our database of calls (up to a second ago) and compile reports containing just the information you require to answer whatever questions you may have about your call traffic.

Indulge in reports pertaining to specific date ranges, data about how many calls have been received from specific numbers, who answered the most calls, the longest calls, calls by geographic location, and so on.
